According to the information on NOVA's library site, residents of the community may obtain a Community Patron Card if they provide a valid, state-issued photo ID with current mailing address. Community patrons will then be able to borrow up to 3 items at a time.

Community patrons are also able to use NOVA library databases, but only while physically at a NOVA campus library. Off-campus access to library databases is restricted by contract to currently registered students, faculty, and staff. For more information about this opportunity, please call the NOVA Annandale Campus Library Circulation Desk at 703-323-3128.
