Class of 2023

Annandale Seniors and Families:

We are a few months away from celebrating the graduating Class of 2023! Below are some important times and dates to add to your calendar.

More information is forthcoming regarding tickets, parking, expectations and dress code, photos, and how to watch the ceremony online. In addition, we will include tasks that need to be completed as soon as possible, important dates with descriptions of each event, additional opportunities related to the end of the year activities and a senior calendar. We will post this information on the school website for parents to access.

If you have any questions please contact our senior class sponsors,  Mr. Jonathan Carbutt and Ms. Chrystal Wood, or our senior class administrator, Ms. Kara Franklin-Taylor.

Shawn DeRose, Principal

Things To Do Now:

Save Your Google Drive Data: Attention seniors! FCPS Google Apps account is automatically disabled upon graduation. All files will be deleted in early August. Therefore, it is important that all of your data is downloaded from your Google Drive before graduation. Here’s how.

Pay Senior Dues - $50: Senior dues, which cover cap and gown, diploma covers, and the senior gift, are $50. Please log on to myschoolbucks.com to pay your senior dues by May 20. When you pay via myschoolbucks.com, be sure to enter your height in the appropriate field for gown measurements for graduation. Here are instructions for students on how to access MySchoolBucks.com. If you have any questions, please email  Jeremy DeBoe, Finance Technician.

Complete Senior Survey (if absent) : Each year, every senior is required to complete the Senior Survey. This is how Student Services celebrates the decisions of our graduates and ensures we have information on where to send final transcripts. If you are absent from your senior English class on May 1 & 2 to fill out your Senior Survey, please set up an appointment to meet with your counselor or Mr. Yeagley.

Note: It is required that all seniors complete the survey by May 20. Seniors who have not        completed the survey will be unable to pick up their cap and gown for graduation. If you have questions or concerns, please email Brian Yeagley, College and Career Specialist.
